About NOGLSTP at IU

The National Organization of Gay and Lesbian Scientists and Technical Professionals at Indiana University (NOGLSTP at IU) is an official Indiana University student organization and a self-governing regional group affiliate of the National Organization of Gay and Lesbian Scientists and Technical Professionals, Inc. (NOGLSTP). Our purpose is to encourage and promote an environment for Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) students, faculty, staff, and their partners at Indiana University (especially in the Science departments and S.T.E.M. related fields) that is supportive and inclusive and free from discrimination and bias.

Are you Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, or Ally?
Are you enrolled in (or employed by) Indiana University in the Sciences or a science-related field?
Are you a scientist in Monroe or a surrounding county?
Or, do you like the idea of hanging out with queer scientists?

If you answered “YES” to any of the above questions, you are encouraged to join the National Organization of Gay and Lesbian Scientists and Technical Professionals, Inc. (NOGLSTP). NOGLSTP was founded in 1980 and is an official affiliate of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). For more information about NOGLSTP, visit http://www.noglstp.org/. Everyone is welcome to join.
