Membership and Welcoming

Description:
Works to welcome and include new individuals, encourage new individuals to become NOGLSTP members, and to retain current members.  This includes coordinating callouts, keeping track of member status, planning regular interactive activities to improve overall morale within NOGLSTP at Purdue members.

Proposed Tasks:

  • Greet and welcome meeting attendees
  • Follow-up with new attendees on becoming members
  • Pass out NOGLSTP literature
  • Write a form letter to greet and invite to join NOGLSTP anyone who inquires about NOGLSTP at Purdue
  • Plan periodic dinners, like the one shown below
